Toned Peach Pilates aims to provide private & small group matwork classes in peoples homes or small venues. My aim is to provide an atmosphere for people to move their bodies and feel confident, strong and healthy.

Pilates is a type of workout designed to provide flexibility and muscular strength training with an emphasises on postural alignment, core strength, stability and control.

Im a Gold Coast based instructor with a passion for holistic health, fitness and dance. I started learning Pilates technique to share my love of the way it makes me feel and I hope you enjoy my workouts as much as I do.
